Commune 13 Medellín / 4 hours (Shared Tour)

Comuna 13 is probably the most recommended place in Medellín, and rightly so: few neighbourhoods anywhere have changed so much in so little time, and here that change is written on the walls.

In four hours we ride its outdoor escalators, walk past the graffiti and the galleries, and talk about why this was once one of the most dangerous places in the city, what Operación Orión was, and what life is like here today. You will try the local ice cream, hear trovas paisas and ride the metrocable, from where the whole valley suddenly makes sense.
