Four hours of eating and asking questions. You’ll try more than fifteen traditional Colombian foods and beverages while your guide shares the story behind each one, including where it comes from and how it’s prepared: Oblea, coca leaf tea, carimañola, changua, almojábana, tropical fruits, coffee, and a few more that are best discovered along the way.
The second part is a half-hour cacao experience: a sensory journey through the different flavours of Colombian cacao, with a tasting of five different chocolates. By the end you understand why the chocolate here does not taste like the one back home.
You also take a small gift home with you.
